Terms and Conditions for Property Photography Services
Services Provided:
Any additional services not agreed prior to booking, must be agreed upon in writing before the shoot.
Booking and Payments:
Full payment is required within 2 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or written confirmation.
Cancellations and Rescheduling:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled shoot will incur a 50% charge.
Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before the shoot without penalty.
Property Preparation:
The client is responsible for ensuring the property is clean, tidy, and prepared for photography.
Additional charges may apply if significant delays occur due to unprepared properties.
Weather Conditions:
Outdoor and drone photography are subject to suitable weather conditions.
If weather prevents a shoot, it will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Image Usage:
Images are provided with a single use license only.
Images may not be resold or used for purposes outside of agreed property marketing without prior consent.
Copyright:
Copyright of all images remains with the photographer.
The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images as outlined above.
Liability:
The photographer is insured for public liability but cannot accept responsibility for damage or loss caused by circumstances outside their control.
Drone photography is carried out in accordance with UK Civil Aviation Authority regulations.
Delivery:
Edited images and floor plans will be delivered digitally within 2 working days of the shoot. During peak times, this may be a little longer but the photographer will give sufficiant notice prior to scheduling the appointment.
Any required revisions must be requested within 5 working days of delivery.
Editing requests are typically completed by the next working day where possible. Large re-editing jobs may take up to 2 working days to complete and an additional fee may be requested.
Disputes:
Any disputes regarding the quality of service must be raised within 7 days of receiving the final images.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
