Join us for a FREE family-friendly photography meet-up at the stunning Bradgate Park in Leicester! Whether you’re a beginner, a photography enthusiast, or just love spending time outdoors, this event promises a wonderful day of creativity and connection.
Event Details:
Time: Meet promptly at 10:30 AM
Meeting Point: Park Main Gates at Newtown Linford Car Park

What to Expect:
We’ll kick off at Newtown Linford car park and take a leisurely walk through Bradgate Park’s picturesque landscapes, walking up to Old John.
Explore and photograph the park’s beautiful features, including the historic ruins of Old John.
Wrap up at Deer Park Café, where you can enjoy a warm drink (not included in the event, so bring some cash).
Important Notes:
Weather Dependant: Please check event updates for potential weather-related changes. Should the weather forecast 48 hours prior to the event not be within favour of the event, this event will be cancelled. There will be some off-path walking and include a steep climb. This event is not ideal for anyone with mobility problems.
What to Bring:
A camera (any type, from smartphones to DSLRs!)
Warm clothing and a sturdy coat
Comfortable walking boots
Extra money for parking (£), and for refreshments at the café
Parking: Newtown Linford car park charges a fee and can get busy - arrive 15 minutes early to secure a spot.
